On-Call Program

Mitchell Equipment understands that excellent customer support is critical to our customers. We are available to provide customer support day and night, 7 days a week for our agricultural customers. Our goal is to minimize machine downtime, regardless of when it occurs.

Our on-call program is designed to provide customer support outside of the dealership's standard working hours. The on-call program applies to Parts or Service Department calls made after 6:00pm Monday-Friday, 4:00pm on Saturdays, and all day on Sunday.

There will be a $10 trip fee, plus the price of parts purchased, for using the on-call parts program. Service Department calls performed as part of the on-call program will be billed at $85.00/hr (2 hour minimum charge) plus mileage.

The additional fees charged for this service go directly to our employees to cover their expenses and lost time with their families. For after hours support please dial one of these numbers.
