ROTATIONAL INTERNSHIP       

Students are given the opportunity to see all departments within Mitchell Equipment. You'll spend time in the parts, sales, and service departments to get an all-around view of the company. 

 


SPonsorship

We offer financial assistance to students in exchange for a commitment to work for us for three years after graduation. For those on the path to become a diesel technician or a precision specialist.

Scholarship 

NOW ACCEPTING APPLICANTS FOR 2027 graduates!


For more than two decades, we've been saying "We Got Your Back" to local farmers – and now we're extending that commitment to our farming families' future generations with our scholarship program for high school seniors.

$500 scholarships will be awarded annually to promising students fitting into the category outlined below:

Agriculture Study Scholarship

Students attending school in the counties of Antelope, Boyd, Brown, Garfield, Holt, Keya Paha, Knox, Loup, Rock, Wheeler, Madison, Stanton, Platte, Cuming, Dodge, Nance, Merrick, Polk, Colfax, Boone, Pierce, and Butler with a specific interest in enrolling in an Agricultural related field of study at a technical college, state college or university.

ALL applicants must express an interest in returning to the north central region of Nebraska after completing college. A Letter of Recommendation and Personal Essay MUST accompany every application.
